OUR STORY

Nightingale Jazz Band represents the golden age of jazz music and the American Songbook.   Embodying the vibrancy and intimacy of vintage jazz, speakeasies, classic Hollywood scores, the band provides the perfect backdrop for any event!  The band started when the vocalist Nora met pianist Alex and they struck up a musical friendship. Both interested in playing classic jazz music in the tri-state area, the duo decided to make a band that brought vintage jazz into present-day. They have been playing ever since!
